# Kabuk (Shell)

Linux dünyasına hoş geldiniz! Aslında sizin için kabuk (shell) her şey demek. Peki kabuk nedir? Kabuk, temelde klavyenizden komutlarınızı alıp bunları işletim sistemine göndererek gerçekleştirilmesini sağlayan bir programdır. Daha önce hiç bir GUI (grafiksel arayüz) kullandıysanız, "Terminal" veya "Konsol" gibi programları görmüşsünüzdür. Bunlar sizin için bir kabuk başlatan programlardır. Bu kurs boyunca kabuğun harikalarını öğreneceğiz.

Bu kurs boyunca kabuk programı bash (Bourne Again SHell) kullanacağız, hemen hemen tüm Linux dağıtımları varsayılan olarak bash kabuğunu kullanır. Ksh, zsh, tsch gibi başka kabuklar da mevcuttur, ancak bunlara girmeyeceğiz.

Hadi hemen başlayalım! Kullandığınız dağıtıma bağlı olarak kabuk promptunuz değişebilir, ancak çoğu durumda aşağıdaki formata uymalıdır:
